Videos & DVDs from Europe and other countries are probably in the PAL system or the SECAM system and will not play in the United States. CC Video Duplication can transfer your PAL or SECAM VHS Videos & DVDs to the NTSC (American TV System) or vice versa.

If you need to edit your video tapes after you have converted them, CC Video Duplication can do that for you.
